Log in to your PayPal account and click Account near the top of the page
Click on the card you need to update and click Edit
Click Remove card if you want to add another bank card instead of the current one. If you just need to update card details, enter new details and save them.
Click Add a card if you removed the bank card at the previous step.
Enter your new card details and click Save.
