Get invoice for a particular payment
- Go to your email inbox and search for the receipt email from BlueSnap.
The email is from [email protected] and has the subject Receipt for your Payment (Ref# 1234567), where 1234567 is replaced with your actual order ID. - In this email, follow the link that starts with https://shoppers.bluesnap.com/:
- Enter the email address you received the receipt to and click Submit:
- Click View invoice:
Get all invoices generated for your account
- Go to https://cp.bluesnap.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp.
- Enter the order reference number from any email order receipt and the email you used when placing the initial payment:
Click Submit. - You will receive a password reset link to the email you entered. Follow this link, enter your new password, and click Submit:
You will be redirected to your personal BlueSnap dashboard. - In the Recent charges section, you'll see all your latest payments. For each payment, there's a link to its invoice:
