1. In the administration panel, go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons.
  2. Enable the Gift certificates add-on (change its status to Active in the select box on the right).
  3. Click on the name of the add-on.
  4. Set up the desired options.
  5. Click the Save button.



  6. In the administration panel, go to Marketing > Gift certificates > Gift certificate statuses. Set up the desired statuses.
  7. In the administration panel, go to Administration > Order statuses.
  8. Click on the desired order status and select the status in the Change gift certificate status to select box in the opened pop up window.
  9. Click the Save button.
    For example: If the Used status is selected in the Change gift certificate status to option for the Complete order status, then an order of a customer will have the Complete status, a gift certificate will have the Used status.
