Translating fields of the Contact Us form

To translate form fields on the Contact Us page:
- In the administration panel, go to Website > Content.
- Click on the Contact Us link and open the Form builder tab.
- Choose the desired language in the Language option in the top left corner of the page.
- Translate the fields (replace a description with its translation.)
- Click on the Save button to save the changes.
